You have 9 days to return an item from the date you’ve received it (Except for Accessories and)

To be eligible for a return:

1- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you’ve received it (price tag attached)

2- The Item must be returned in the original packaging.

3-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

4-You will pay the shipping costs of returning the item unless the mistake was from our side; wrong or damaged items, then we’ll pay the shipping fees of this returned item.

5- Take a picture of the item you need to return as soon as you receive it and send it to this WhatsApp number 00962797376908

Take these steps to inform us about the item you need to return:

1- Go to "My Account" then go to "Orders" a screen shows the products you have purchased appears.

2- Click "Return Item" (or Items). You will see a screen showing the product you want to return.

3- Select the quantity within the "Qty box" (Quantity box)

4- Send us a comment explaining the reason for the return.

5- Click "Submit a return request".

6- After completing the steps above, we will successfully receive your order, here our role will be sending you an email or a WhatsApp message that shows our company's address and the shipping details

 7-Please note that we only receive packages from Aramex Company.

Return Policy for Women's Evening Dresses:

Evening Dresses may be returned if they were not used or worn and the price tag was not removed from the original box or bag within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy:

 In case of a refund, please follow the steps of returned items if the order was already delivered.

1- If you changed your mind after you’ve received your shipment, and you wanted a refund, the money will be credited to your account on our website, but you will pay the shipping money and the customs if present.

2- If your return was due to an error from our side then we will pay the shipment fees and the money will be credited to your account on our website.

3- In case you changed your mind about a certain purchase before the order was processed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours, unless you paid by PayPal, then we have to contact them to reimburse you and add the money to your credit on our website.

4-In case you paid cash on delivery and wanted a refund, the money will be credited to your account on our website for future purchases.
